It's back! Zumba Gold live and in person!

Zumba Gold is all the fun and dance party mood of Zumba, only modified for low impact on joints. It's ideal for anyone getting back into exercise or for folks who just don't find Zumba Fitness to be a good fit. Zumba Gold Chair is even further modified to be done while seated, perfect for anyone recovering from injury, with balance or gait difficulties, or who simply needs a safe and effective seated workout.

In this 35-45 minute class, we'll combine the two and get the best of both worlds!  A gentle seated 2-3 song warmup progressing to 5-6 standing routines, including a balance challenge routine, and concluding with a seated cooldown and hand therapy routine.  And the best part is....you get to decide how much sitting or standing you want!  The instructor will be accompanied by videos of the same routine demonstrated in the opposite exercise position from the live instruction.  Follow the person or follow the video!

This combined format has been very popular in virtual classes, and we hope you'll enjoy it in person as well!

For ages 11 and up.  Wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes, and bring a water bottle. Participants assume liability for injury, and pinky promise to have checked with their doctor to assess fitness for exercise. A signed liability waiver will be required.

Due to limited attendance, registration is REQUIRED.  Masks will not be required for this program.
