Are you a family caregiver?  Then the "Tools for Coping and Caring as a Family Caregiver" workshop is for you. 

Topics to be discussed followed by a Q&A session are:

  • The 12 Absolutes of Caregiving
  • Caregiver Yoga
  • Self Care with Aroma and Massage Therapy

Registration is required and masks are mandatory. Dinner will be provided to registered participants.
