Teen Volunteers should register here for Book Buddies!
Book Buddies is a monthly program where teens team up with a student in grades K-5 to build reading skills! Buddies will read together and do crafts or hands-on activities each month for 45 minutes. This is a great opportunity to mentor a younger student and help them grow a love of reading! Volunteers are also eligible for service hours for participating.
**Teens MUST attend a training session in order to volunteer at Book Buddies. To register for this event, please call us, email, or come to the library in person so that we can verify that you have attended a training session prior to signing up. Training sessions are held quarterly - please check our calendar to find a session.
Open to teens in grades 9-12, registration is required.
