A 60-minute class that incorporates conscious breathwork along with a sequence of dynamic and energetic poses designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance in the body, mind and spirit.
The Thursday Book Club meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month from 1:00-2:00 pm. We read a wide variety of bestselling books, alternating fiction and non-fiction titles month to month. Join us for lively conversations!
