A 60-minute class that incorporates conscious breathwork along with a sequence of dynamic and energetic poses designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance in the body, mind and spirit.

The 9 week workshop series designed for older adults (50+ years) will culminate in this exhibition for the public. The class will share their experiences and what they learned about culture by showing the art they created.
