Need a spring break reset? Join our library partner, Michelle Ester-Bode, in a yoga session to get you started in your yoga practice! With so much going on in our busy lives, Michelle knows how important it is for teens and tweens to take time for themselves - come learn more about yoga and BREATHE with us!
Please bring your own mat, if you have one. Some extras will be available!
Open to ages 11-19, registration is required.
