This educational program explores why sleep matters and how it impacts physical health, mental health, and daily functioning. Participants will learn about the benefits of adequate sleep, the risks associated with insufficient or poor-quality sleep, and the basic stages of sleep. The program also addresses common barriers to achieving quality sleep, provides guidance on when to contact a healthcare provider about sleep concerns, and offers practical, evidence-based strategies to improve sleep habits. Supplemental handouts are included to reinforce learning and provide additional resources for continued support.
