Event Details

You are invited to participate in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) at the library!  At this first kickoff meeting, we will get motivated, set goals, and start writing!  You are encouraged to work on your novels throughout the entire month.  Much of this work will be done on your own, but we will also have several "write-ins" to encourage each other, learn new techniques, and stay motivated. Please join our online classroom through the NaNoWriMo Young Writers Program using the access code KWODTHDV. I'll post tips and challenges here throughout the month, and you even have the option to write your novel on that site. 

This program is intended for children ages 6-11.

Supplies will be provided, but if you prefer to use your own laptop or journal, please bring it!
