Program Description

Event Details

If you're interested in creating your own honey bee hive then this is the program for you.  Join local beekeeper Terry Planke in a quick recap conversation on why honey bees are vital to our ecosystem.

The main topics of this in-depth session will be to:

  • Learn the specifics on how to become a beekeeper, and
  • How to make, sustain and enjoy your own honey bee hive.
  • Plenty of Q&A time throughout the session

NOTE: It is recommended to attend both sessions to gain the proper knowledge needed to maintain a sustaining honey bee hive.

Registration required.  Walk-ins welcome (if space allows).
