Brownsburg Log Cabin Open House

In celebration of Hendricks County's 200th anniversary, we are partnering with Brownsburg Education Foundation to showcase their log cabin program! Join BEF and our librarians to get a look inside of pioneer life in Brownsburg during its early years. You and your family can join in pioneer games such as sack races and stick & hoop, learn to write with a quill, how you'd live inside a single room cabin, and identify native trees. We'll have pictures of historic Brownsburg, and a historian that will share some of Brownsburg's earliest stories. There will be apple cider and popcorn, along with a craft to take home.
